Using the Human Rights Act-another example

Recommended Posts

this is an absolutley appallling decision by the court, how can any army send troops into war in the future???? crazy human rights laws:loopy:

You misunderstand it. Unsurprising, but you need to think and read a bit more widely before leaping to incorrect assumptions perhaps.

Let's draft a new job spec for Army recruitment:

"Wanted. People who don't want to go into battle and certainly don't want to be on the front-line. Nothing dangerous at all. Opportunities for doing anything safe."

Instead of the old one?: Wanted. People who are prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice for their country and for the greater good to be given insufficient tools with insufficient protection to do our bidding, and to be lied to about why they are being sent, and then to be cast on the scrap heap and have to rely on charity for a decent standard of living, whilst we give our mates at the top 700k bonuses.

no misunderstanding at all, people get hurt and killed in wars its a fact:roll: to be able to claim compensation is crazy, soldiers know the risks when signing up or should do, you cannot compartmentalise any situation or equipment because each situation in the battle zone is different.......but anyway H thanks for the patronising
