ValleyBoy
You want some salt and vinegar for them chips, sir? Surely you dont expect me to forget past injustices and move on?
boboskins
Past injustices? What so the reason United haven't got a hotel/casino complex is because David Blunkett's a Wednesday fan and had a word with his mate Tone. Anyway isn't the Minster for Sport/MP for Sheffield Central a Mr Caborn who just happens to be a Blade? Me thinks you've been watching too many episodes of X-Files coz it's all a big conspiracy against the Blades i tell yer! Serves em right for buying a commie football team
ValleyBoy
You need a history lesson of the early eighties.
boboskins
What's this a Blade living in the past? Whenever us lot talk about past glories we are told to live in the present, I suggest you do the same coz everythings rosy for United. I remember the early Eighties, a great time. Ian Porterfield, Division 4, debts due to the building of the South Stand and the start of a succession of dubious chairman with a certain Reg Brearly. Now what part of this glorious time in Uniteds history did Wednesday supporting MP's play in holding United back? I must admit though, I was distracted by our progression up the leagues so I might have missed summat!

A new stadium with alhletic track was the plans , though i suppose you were happier to still be paying for Don valley today. Lets forget the past then 5 years time you lot could be confined to the history books.LOL
boboskins
A new stadium with alhletic track was the plans And what difference would that have made to anything? Oh wait you would have made millions from athletics meetings and the odd extra Billy Graham/Bruce Springsteen concert. You only have to take a look at the aforementioned Don Valley to see how that would have worked out. Never heard so much crap from a Blade, and that's saying summat! You are funny,ValleyBoy:hihi: The only one getting upset round here is you!The notion that United are the team in the ascendancy at the moment has already been acknowledged by most of the Owls fans on here-so how is it that we " cant stand it?":loopy:
