We are both very enthusiastic about it but do not know anywhere in sheff that have classes nto teach both children and adults at the same time. Any ideas? Hillsboro on a Friday may do a mixed session, as an adult class/ junior class on the mat at the same time, as they have a large matted area. Barnsley @ Hoyland DO run a joint session ......
