Do you have any potential candidates for the post of 'UK medical experimenter in chief?' Does the job come with a blanket pardon for all crimes against humanity? We already test drugs on people, we cut up dead people and examine them, you can volunteer for drug testing and donate your body to medical science. He wants to die so would presumably volunteer.
