BoroughGal
Not Crookes or Walkley, but near enough, I guess, is the Crosspool Tavern. Brilliant value for money and lovely food.
Grahame
It's not Crookes or Walkley but the Crosspool Tavern is very nice, it is child friendly and there are high chairs if required.
gnomi
im afraid child friendly doesnt seem to apply to either walkley or crookes-ive lived in walkley for 5 yrs with my kids and am disgusted with the lack of said places to eat-when i challenged this in one pub i was told its because its an area for young proffessionals!!!i guess that means you cant be young, proffessional AND like kids eh? Imust be a freak?!!!!
tracy2006
Again slightly ouy of the areas you want, but the admiral rodney in loxley serves fantastic food. Its also cheap and friendly and child friendly!!
Freebird
Again,A Bit Out Of Your Way,But The Yew Tree At Malin Bridge Does A Good Meal And Allows Kids Up 'Till 9pm If That's Any Use To You.I Would Recommend The Food Though-Good Food And Plenty Of It. Cath
The Walkley Cottage on Bole Hill Road has a small restaurant area at the back of the main room. Always seems to welcome kids during food serving times. My local so I'm a bit biased but good friendly pub.
Calahan
Yeah, the cottage is a good call. Only been for sunday lunch tho so can't say what it's like midweek. If you head up to Noah's Ark in Crookes it's pretty decent pub grub. Top chilli!
