A work mate has just been to see me and we were talking about this, as he looked at the fixed penalty, he checked the date on it... On the date and time of the alleged offence, I would have been nowhere near the area where it says that I was. I work in Derbyshire at weekends, and my route home is through Chesterfield and onto the Dronfield bypass back into Sheffield. I have used the same route for over 6 months, as its the shortest way home. Therefore, theres NO WAY I was on the M1 at the time Looks like a letters getting sent to them today.... No, I just took it as correct, as I do spend a fair amount of time on the M1. However, on this occasion, I was nowhere near it.
