I’m trying to put together a brilliant and fun live project taking influences from house, garage, grime, ska, broken beat, afrobeat, funk and disco… A soulful electronic party band with a good dose of funk, stage presence and British humour and style. Kind of a mixture between Basement Jaxx, Bugz In The Attic, Groove Armada, Parliament, Madness and Ian Dury and The Blockheads, for the 21st century. Or something like that. Sounds ridiculous? It probably will be… but also brilliant! I need singers, brass players, keys/synth and a guitarist. Have a couple of guys lined up already.
