My girlfriend was dismissed from work yesterday. she was told to phone the DWP phone number, after speaking to an advisor for 45 minuets she was told to go on the GOV.uk/JSA website and make a claim. I have just spent 30 minuets answering stupid questions and the website has gone down. I rebooted the website as instructed and its still snot working.
