On Saturday 3rd August, 11am-3pm Zest is holding an outdoor dance-a-thon at the Zest Healthy Living Centre in Upperthorpe (we will be inside if the weather is poor). Drop in anytime between 11am and 3pm to try different dancing. This event is FREE OF CHARGE, so bring your friends and family along and have some fun! 11:00 - 11:30am Bokwa 11:30 - 12:00pm Street Dance 12:00 - 12:30pm Bokwa 12:30 - 1:00pm Street Dance 1:00 - 1:30pm Ballroom 1:30 - 2:00pm Zumba 2:00 - 2:30pm Ballroom 2:30 - 3:00pm Zumba The Zest Centre is at 18 Upperthorpe, Sheffield, S6 3NA.
