I've never liked kids throwing snowballs at cars because the road conditions are treacherous sometimes in winter, and any distraction or sudden braking could cause an accident. Yes birds can poop on your car blah blah blah and cause an accident but this is preventable and not funny Abbeydale Rd has a 30mph limit, though i guess it's very rare anyone actually manages to hit that speed, even in the evenings, so i don't really see the issue.
