lipschitz
Not to sound cynical..but will there be the hard sell of herbalife products on offer too? Herbalife has been around for years and was a group of products that may have been of benefit to health but had inflated prices as they were an M.L.M scheme. Has that now changed? Shef_Fitness
Its important to mention that the 7pm class still remains so people if they wish can still train in their own sweat and eat good food to get themselves in shape. However, the advice of "train in your own sweat and eat good food" or "get your protein from a high quality butcher" is sadly outdated and its time to offer an alternative for people who are looking for something thats different. The pyramid scheme (MLM), I've got no intention of recruiting people to work underneath me, I intend to run a much easier fitness class and offer these products as well. Its also important to state I would be offering advice on healthy eating as well as other activities people will need to do if they want to lose weight and become fitter. As an example, I can give people a recipe that costs less than £1 to create fulll of everything your body needs and is perfect for training. However, it involves traveling to the shops, preparing the food, taking time cooking it etc.... which is time many people no longer have, hence the growth of fast foods. Many people don't have time to cook and prepare, so they get an instant meal, whack it into the microwave and we all know that microwaved meals tend not to be as healthy as freshly cooked food. People will also need to address the reason why they are overweight (unless its an illness). Because at the end of the day, unless people address the behaviour that caused them to pile on the pounds in the first place nothing will improve. For example if they spend too much time sat on the sofa and too much time shovelling junk food into their mouths then thats likely to be the root cause. People still have the option of training in the 1st class where these products are not available. The fitness market is changing direction, people are becoming ever more obese and unfit, people more want a magic pill and if thats what people want which will be dictated by the numbers then thats the direction future classes will go. But right now, there is a choice. Not everyone likes training in their own sweat in the same way not everyone likes the type of new class thats on offer, you just have to do whats right for you.
