... If he was found with a British passport but armed and fighting for a foreign militia or armed group engaged in a war he should have had his British citizenship revoked.

Or alternatively, treated as a traitor and punished IAW the Rules and Articles of War.

If the prisoners in Guantanamo Bay had been treated as Prisoners of War, would any have been released? - After all, the War on Terror isn't over yet, is it?

Shoot them? What for?

A British man, Shaker Aamer has been held in Guantanamo for eleven years and hasn't even been charged with anything.

Do you think he should be shot and if so, why?

The Nuremberg trials, Calley after My Lai etc all established that it is a soldiers right, indeed duty to refuse illegal orders.....

Still waiting to hear how many SS low rank concentration camp staff were executed after WWII for obeying orders.

According to you Nuremberg should have executed them all.

Bradley is a traitor and should have been shot.

How is that relevant? He's been locked up without charge for 11 years.

Would you shoot him and why?

Where was he taken prisoner or are you afraid to say?

A British man! He's no more British then Hitler was.

He was caught fighting alongside Taliban terrorists, he wasn't their prisoner, he was there by choice.

If he was British it was for convenience and the benefits no doubt that his wife will now be claiming.

Long live Godfrey Bloom, true British hero.

Holiday? Sightseeing? Gap Year?

[Or maybe not]

Charity work, according to Mr Aamer.

[Or maybe not]

Afghanistan is an extraordinarily beautiful country, so it wouldn't be wholly surprising.
