WasThatWise Posted August 1, 2013 Share Posted August 1, 2013 Anybody know where the fault will be on a upvc door which will not open when unlocked via the outside handle but will with the inside handle. When door is open and the latches are pushed down manually the outside handle does "unlock" the door but this doesn't happen when the door is closed. New handle?
