OK in the 50's....Outdoor Girl lipstick and Block Mascara. Phulnana (sp) foundation. Ponds vanishing cream. Eyeliner came in the 60s starting off with a normal eyebrow pencil. Outdoor Girl again.

Oh and perfume wise....Evening in Paris and/or Californian Poppy.

In the early 60s I wore Tangee lipstick, bought in Woolies. I moved on to Outdoor Girl in a fetching shade of pale mauve, with heavy black eyeliner and mascara à la Dusty Springfield. The beehive was also obligatory, but I can't remember the name of the lacquer. I used LinCo Lin (sp?) egg shampoo, which was meant to bring out blond highlights.

My mum used Max Factor Crème puff and Revlon lipstick, and Ponds cold crème.

I liked Avon Topaz and Coty L'aimant perfumes. I remember feeling very sophisticated when my boyfriend (who has been my husband for 40+ years) bought me some L'air du Temps by Nina Ricci. I wish I'd kept the bottle!

Duffems, I remember Aqua Manda, didn't it smell a bit of oranges?
