sawguitar Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 Does anyone know the easiest way how to re-fit the interior rear-view mirror which Ive accidently knocked off. Its a ball and socket fitting and I have used all my strength to push it back on, but fear I might crack the windscreen if I push any harder. Its not broken, just needs re-attaching. Please Help. bezzydan Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 No, the op is saying that its the ball joint on the mirror that's popped out. Try a squirt of wd40 to lubricate it but do be careful not to crack the screen. If you wanna pop in tomorrow il have a go at it for you-no charge.
