India and Pakistan have nearly gone to war over Kashmir fairly recently. Just in the last week Pakistan killed an Indian border patrol in Kashmir. What a nice thought that if they do ever go to war we have funded both sides and increased the capacity for warfare in the region, all in the name of aid.
