Shogun Posted August 12, 2013 Share Posted August 12, 2013 The x trail suffer with gear linkage problems.the last one I had a look at the gear linkage needed lubricating and and adjustment and was fine after that,they do also suffer with sincro faults and clutch faults as well,so you would be best taking it to someone you trust as it can be all or nothing with the x trail transmission, it seems they have proved to be a bit dodgy with the transmission...
