I have tried a few and so far THe Cremone presents the best option, but with it's strange opening hours, i'm looking for something a bit more user friendly (we all need a lazy Sunday afternoon pint). antisocial Posted February 17, 2006 Share Posted February 17, 2006 Depends where you are on Abbeydale Rd and they may involve a bit of a walk but the Sheaf View is excellent, White Lion on Chesterfield rd, opinion is divided but I like the Broadfield. vinceb Posted February 20, 2006 Share Posted February 20, 2006 I also just moved to the area in the past few weeks, and I've found that there are a couple of nice pubs in Nether Edge, only a short stroll up the hill from the Broadfield.
