Whilst it might be trivial to be thinking about such things, have you seen some of the new estates with no back garden access, wheelie bins make the place look very unsightly especially when they are overflowing. There's a little estate near me and the first thing you notice when you drive onto it, is the bins.

altus
Bin tax anyone? If they did introduce one we'd get people claiming it was a pavement tax and anyone who didn't have their own bin shouldn't be allowed on pavements.

smithy266
Bin tax anyone? At one time, 'they' were going to microchip wheely bins, and possible charge by the weigh of rubbish.
