Bypassblade
1984 Brave New World Fahrenheit 451. [Read, then realise how many of their then-fiction is now-fact!] Jeffrey got to agree on Brave New World by Aldus Huxley, brilliant book I read it years ago now you've made me want to read it again. Vague_Boy
1984 Brave New World Fahrenheit 451 Definitely those. I'd also suggest Dune by Frank Herbert. An epic but one of the best SF novels ever. Warlord of the Air by Michael Moorcock. Would make a great film but Moorcock is dead against film versions of his stuff these days. Practically invented steam punk. Childhood's End by Arthur C. Clark. The Forever War by Joe Haldeman Day of the Triffids/The Kraken Wakes/The Midwich Cuckoos by John Wyndham.
