Jive Knight
How far does your definition of 'sport' stretch? I recommend medieval re-enactment: learn swordfighting, then take it onto the battlefield. Physical exercise, a new and unusual skill, and a social activity too! Take a look at Knights In Battle. Jellylocks
Hey all forum newbie here How about field athletics? Javelin, shot, discus, hammer ? Its great fun and you can do it at any age or fitness level We train down at Don valley at the moment and back at Woodbourn road when it reopens in october and indoors at EIS in the winter. We compete during the summer at local league matches which are really good fun and you dont have to be any good just have a go and score a point or two for the team
