Participants will develop stamina, determination and self belief and master the core moves necessary to progress their aerial skills to the next level. This trapeze lesson is suitable for adult beginners - no experience necessary. Participants will learn transferable aerial skills and this trapeze workshop is a good basis for further training in aerial hoop and silks workshops. This workshop will be held at Greentop Circus, Sheffield, S4 8AS.
