Neilwalts68
My mum use to take me to harringtons to my jeans. I can remember how pushy sales people were there, did anyone else experience changing in the stock room above where you had to climb a ladder? Steptoad
I used to buy 501s there. The first couple of pairs came unstitched at the bottom of the right leg, so I went to another jeans shop, whose advertising said they'd undercut any other shop on like-for-for-like purchases. Harrington's 501s were a penny cheaper, but the other jeans shop wouldn't match their price. (It's not the money it's the principle you understand). So I went back to Harrington's, and bought another pair that again came unstitched in the same place. I asked the bloke on the stall if they were seconds, he said not. So it must've been something I do with my right ankle that was detrimental to the stitching.
