kensimmo Posted August 31, 2006 Share Posted August 31, 2006 Do any of you remember Harringtons in the castle market in the seventies used to sell all types of fashionable clothes:hihi: i used to buy allsorts of clothes,tank tops,star jumpers,oxford bags,and slade socks memories of an innocent youth:hihi: Yes and sad to say that Bob Harrington has recently ceased trading from that location. Also remember getting a donkey jacket from there shortly after the miners strike when they were all the rage. Burgundy stay press, an absolute classic. How they went shiny after 3 times worn.
