It has both Pro & amateur boxing and is the training camp for World Light-Heavyweight boxing champion Clinton Woods. The amateur club is open on Mon / Wed & Fri nights from 6pm and all level of boxers are welcome. From keep-fitters to young boys & girls wishing to take up the sport to accomplished amateur boxers.
