That description fits millions of law breakers/antisocials the world over, in whatever way they choose to break the law,career criminals and everyone else who refuse to adhere to the basic rules of everyday life........they cover every race and creed,ethnicity doesn't come into it because every group has them.How can a group of white/black/yellow car thieves or muggers terrorising an area not fit the same description as this?Ethnicity doesn't come into it,intent to cause problems and be antisocial in any way does. Spend at day at Page Hall and see the liberal scales fall from your eyes! What are you talking about? I've already said I lived in Page Hall 45 years ago, it wasn't great then, it ain't great now. You seem to be forgetting that there are areas of all major cities which have more than their share of low lives...there are reasons for this. There are also reasons why people who don't wan't to live like that do something about their own lives so they don't have to endure it. That's why people seek to improve their lot..move to houses in catchment areas for better schools, move to areas where they're in familiar cultural/social surroundings etc etc. It's by no accident that a Pakistani surgeon wants to live in Fulwood or Ranmoor alongside other surgeons rather than in Darnall where his kinfolk are.
