jemson
Read last night about a Junior PR starting at Graves this month. Great stuff. Also hope it will lighten the numbers at Endcliffe - ? Personally, I really like the Worksop HM route especially the Clumber bits.

Flanker7
Sheffield & Rotherham parkrun attendances for Saturday 5th November 2016. 69 - Concord 238 - Graves Park 285 - Hillsborough 46 - Castle 649 - Hallam Total - 1287 197 - Rother Valley 67 - Clifton Park Total - 264 Overall total = 1551 A beautiful morning encouraged Sheffield and Rotherham parkrunners to break through the 1,500 mark. Hillsborough add 12 to their attendance record and Hallam are 7th highest in the country. I went to Brierley Forest for their 9th event. Its a beauty, an undulating 2 lapper mostly through woods. Flanker7
Sheffield & Rotherham parkrun attendances for Saturday 12th November 2016. 58 - Concord 193 - Graves Park 258 - Hillsborough 36 - Castle 514 - Hallam Total - 1059 172 - Rother Valley 58 - Clifton Park Total - 230 Overall total = 1289 It is good to see Sheffield and Rotherham locals qualifying for their 250 shirts. Mostly Hallam, 317 runs, and Concord, 300, home runners but Graves on 236 aren't far away. Hillsborough 197, Rotherham 180, Castle 168 and RVp 155 are about a year, or more, away. The area's long awaited first junior parkrun starts on Sunday at Graves, 9am. achorste
In my opinion this is just too dangerous What if someone has an accident? Parkrun? It's a load of people running in a park, something that happens day in day out. Considering a parkrun this weekend. Are there any `takeovers` happening so I can avoid them? None that I'm aware of. jemson
82 is a great turnout for the kids. I'll not bring mine until the weather is friendlier. I bet we 'll be looking at 200 come spring. Good work all.
