nikita
No matter how many posts get locked and told post in the classified section people still do it. Its not rocket science surely. Thick as two short planks comes to mind..
jfish1936
Actually, you don't need to read three pages of anything. There is usually a thread at the top of each section, that states "no advertising in here"... Ah, how stupid of me! Do you know I've never seen that thread! Resident
Oh..come on! How many new members read the rules? Faced with a 3 page essay on rules and regulations most people click.....yes I've read it. Of course there's an excuse. That said....I accept the explanation of the difficulty in moving posts to classifieds. Just a shame there is no way of making new members to feel welcome...... Having a first post locked/removed.....with a curt remark to post in the correct location doesn't encourage further participation. Would you also sign contracts for work, bank loans and goods/services without reading them. Would the excuse "Oh the rules are too long to read" get you out of trouble if say you went to another country and broke their law? End of the day, you don't read the rules then you get what's coming to you.
