He held 2 other people at gunpoint, the police tried to use non-lethals and the guy began firing at officers who returned fire. Those are the facts and the only ones relevant. I think the "107" is the unbelievable bit. All those years, probably gone through or participated in a war or two to be finished off with a cops bullet. A 107-year-old man was killed in a shootout with police, after he held two people at gunpoint in the US state of Arkansas, authorities said. Sounds like he deserved it.
