Don't forget, being "on the streets" is a voluntary thing .... In the same way as kids 'volunteer' to be abused and beaten by their parents? So now I either give them food or drink etc. I have had one guy turn down food (two m and s egg custards) no joke! .. But what if the guy had just eaten through someone else's charity?
