Are the CSA still as forceful as they used to be?

He still had to pay at least the minimum of £5 per week, not sure if her income would be liable. As for tax credits, amend your claim to single. I did just that yesterday and have gone from being eligible for nothing to £70 a week

am slightly confused and am asking on behalf of someone at work. She is married to a non resident parent of another child but he is currently a full time student.

CSA are asking for their joint income and WTC details however they don't get any WTC - just child tax credit for their 6 year old daughter; because her income is too high. However CSA don't seem to be listening to this. Plus CSA are appearing to pursue backdated arrears that don't appear to take into account proper circumstances.

What should they do?

the NRP is not obliged to give any details other than his own. Simply draw a line through the other sections and return the forms.
