She is married to a non resident parent of another child but he is currently a full time student. CSA are asking for their joint income and WTC details however they don't get any WTC - just child tax credit for their 6 year old daughter; because her income is too high. However CSA don't seem to be listening to this. Plus CSA are appearing to pursue backdated arrears that don't appear to take into account proper circumstances. What should they do? What should they do? the NRP is not obliged to give any details other than his own. Simply draw a line through the other sections and return the forms.
