I'm struggling to understand why that is good news. It just means they will pay less tax, probably employ less people and the end result is the rest of us all pay a little more to pay for our services. Probably the worst thing of all about this pizza episode is when I bought it they were about four quid each ... or two for seven quid. Not really a lot of time (about 45 minutes from start to final proof) using our stand mixers dough hook. The dough is freezable for about 2 months at a time. Just separate the dough and put into sealable bags.
