Where's the bloody panda baby then?

Recommended Posts

a lady panda in edinburgh was supposedly up the duff ages ago - I had no interest n the royal infant but a lovely sweet little panda baby sounded cool.

WHERE IS IT???

were we lulled into panda babby hysteria only to be cruelly let down?

Isn't panda gestation period really long?

it's between 80-odd and 300-odd days apparently, which is rubbish, that's like a lass being told the due date is somewhere between spring and christmas!!

ps - my knowledge of biology is david attenborough progs

it was just to draw attention and get the crowds in.....i have heard they are not even real pandas, but men in costumes, its all a big con..

then why don't they get a glove puppet panda babby and pretend it's real, sell loads of tickets and gradually get bigger puppets and then add another bloke in a costume to continue the con.

perhaps theres no such thing as pandas - the whole species was invented to sell zoo tickets and get people to donate to the WWF.

I think that's true

It reminds me of the time i got a YTS job cleaning out the cages in a zoo, the manager came to me one day and said the the monkey had died and my new duties were to don a monkey costume and act like a monkey, well, being on YTS i felt obliged to do it...after several days i found it quite fun, what with the making funny faces at the visitors, and swinging from branch to branch, but one day i got too confident and swung that hard i went over the fence and landed on my backside in the lions cage, upon seeing the lion come slowly over to me ready to eat its prey...i screamed out in fear "GET ME OUT OF HERE...GET ME OUT OF HERE"..!!!......when all of a sudden the strangest thing happened to me......................the Lion said "shut up you idiot, you will get us both the sack"......

george osborne announced today that the unemployed will be forced to work as zoo animals or starve to death - who could argue with that?
