Banksy Posted October 10, 2013 Share Posted October 10, 2013 Hi All, Its that time of year again.... 1000 competitors will be lining up to take on the Sheffield Tententen on Sunday in Endcliffe Park..... there are around 70 places left. http://www.sheffield10k.com/registration.html Its probably the best 10k in Sheffield! (Carlsberg would agree) This one has variety and proper atmosphere. Its not a PB course (for most), but its an enjoyable one, rather than blowing steam out of your ears down the middle of a piece of tarmac and back, this course is genuinely fun! Kthebean Posted October 14, 2013 Share Posted October 14, 2013 It was a good event, well organised, well marshalled, pleased to see the KM markers were out. Thanks to everyone who volunteered/watched in the rain. Just one frustrating aspect, the paths on the top of trippet wood/whiteley woods were narrow in places and not all runners were considerate enough to keep to the left or single file if running slowly or walking.
