mikeye
I note UKIP was the most popular party with SF users. A bit of a different slant on things this time. Please vote for the party you would vote for last. Its a difficult choice looking at the two main parties and the Lib Dems. But I'll kick it off by voting for Labour. A party who have lied to, cheated and conned the electorate since the Blair era.

LeMaquis
The thread title is Who Is The Country's Most Unpopular Party?. How is a poll of Sheffield Forum supposed to answer that question? If you want to know which is the least popular party in the UK just aggregate all the votes nationally and look at who got fewest votes. If you want to work out who's the least popular in Sheffield look at the two parties who stood in every ward at last year's council elections and got no seats - the Tories and UKIP. Hots on
The Libdems are the most nationally spread party, but the voting system works against them.

Hots on
I'm forced into voting Libdem where I live, purely to ensure we don't have one-party politics in Sheffield. I want to vote UKIP but I fear it will help Labour where I am.

Don't forget tho although the Lib dems are in with Tories ATM, Clegg said if Brown had not been leader they'd have thrown their lot in with Labour. It was only because the Tories could make a coalition & Labour could not they got in.
