aubreyboyce Posted October 13, 2013 Share Posted October 13, 2013 It would be a much more pleasant set of circumstances if our Government were to get together with leaders of ALL religions in the UK (note I don't say our country because its time we all realised the we are multi-cultural) and arrange bank holidays/religious festival days that are more current and up to date. I can see that this may cause some problems with different religions, but surely if we are now such a mixed cultured society, there must be room to move with the times? I wouldn't mind having the standard holidays wiggled about a bit, and to be fair I would rather have them when the weather is better! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
