Doom
You have to wonder what is going through somebodies mind to commit an act such as this and take a person away from his family and friends like this. His wife will never see her husband again, his children will never see their father again, his friends will never be able to enter into conversation with him again.......Do people who carry knives and carry out these sorts of acts not think about the long term implications of their actions? RIP to the chap in question. Regards Doom

muckymurphy
i recorded some footage for a video project in this shop. i spoke to the people working there at the time, which was about 12 years ago now. unfortunately, i have the only copies of the footage which is on small video cassettes. does anyone know if there is a device i can get which will play back the film so i can view it? i understand the person who has been murdered was 20 years old, so would have only been around 8 at the time we shot the film and thus will not be in the video. i remember two people being in the shop at the time. i also did film at another local butchers too. pm me if you can help. The man that was injured was also 40. if they were there in 2001, they will be in the video. i cannot remember the name of the owner but i think i would have mentioned it in the film. i dont think i spoke to the other guy working in the back as he was rather busy.
