She might just be tall for her age but she has that lanky look that kids get when they lose their baby fat. And whaaaa??? Fourteen birth certificates and only four kids? Explain that. What's even more of a concern is that these children have no identities (they don't exist) It could be concluded that if it is endemic within the Roma community then to save themselves from prosecution and prison these kids quite literally could disappear. I'm going to go out on a limb here and predict the Catholic church and its ideology on birth control and abortion in some way are implicated.
