Sex offenders are often singled out for very good reason. Yes there are different categories of sex offenders; however I'd rather err on the side of caution. We all know how devious and manipulative sex offenders are. If they are not allowed to work with young people, well that's sad but there are other careers where a vulnerable person would not be put at risk. Yes there are different categories of sex offenders; however I'd rather err on the side of caution. We all know how devious and manipulative sex offenders are. If they are not allowed to work with young people, well that's sad but there are other careers where a vulnerable person would not be put at risk. We all know how devious and manipulative some sex offenders are and we all know how devious and manipulative some non sex offenders are, we even know that some sex offenders are never caught and that some non sex offenders will become sex offender in the future. Yes some non sex offenders are manipulative, and some sex offenders may not be caught. But that doesn't mean to say that we should scrap all the rules so that no child or vulnerable person is unsafe!
