Jew Boy
Can anyone recommend a good but not too expensive electric hob please? Im getting an electrician to fit it so i need it to be reliable and of good quality. Thanks
geared
We recently fitted a Beko induction hob, got it from Appliances Online. Very impressed, we came from a gas hob and were wary of electric ones as they used to take ages to heat up and cool down. The new induction ones are really good, not noticed any difference to the gas hob and it's alot easyer to live with as you can use it as temporary workspace because it's completely flat. Jew Boy
Thank you geared . Although i like the idea of an induction hob ill probably have to change all my pans so for now im going to have to go for something more traditional
geared
I wouldn't the other type of electric hob is rubbish. Check your pans first, there's usually a symbol on em if they're compatible. We though the same, but after checking found the only pan that needed to go was a old cheap frying pan from like poundland or something.
