getphysical Posted November 11, 2013 Share Posted November 11, 2013 We've just finished our first book about weight loss: Dump the diets; Ditch the Scales, Drop the Inches and we're looking for the best online platform to launch it from. Our research suggests Amazon/Kindle but we'd be interested to hear anyone else's advice/stories before we 'leap in'.
