Send them an email back, they can paypal the money to their "shipping agent" who can pay you in cash on collection! Though seriously, just delete them & ignore. Its too much money to risk it. They know it is collection only due to the weight of the item and are happy to send someone to collect it They are saying they will collect when the funds have cleared....totally confused by it all lol Don't let anybody pay by Paypal & collect. You have no proof of postage if they collect it, they can easily get a refund from Paypal after taking your goods. Report these scammers to ebay. anywebsite Posted November 14, 2013 Share Posted November 14, 2013 Paypal will normally side with the buyer if you can't prove the item was delivered to them/collected by them & refund them if they open a case to say it wasn't delivered/collected. Always make sure you use a delivery service that tracks delivery & is signed for if accepting payments by Paypal. If anybody wants to collect any ebay item then insist on cash.
