A.B.Yaffle
4x4's should be banned That is an excellent idea. It would cut a couple of seconds off a primary numeracy lesson.
L00b
Maybe 4x4's and 2x1's should be clobbered with a piece of 3x2.Ask, and ye shall receive: one 3x2 coming up for Boothybabe
Vannguard
4x4s are not bad overall, but just because you have one does not mean you can drive in the snow with no problems. It all comes down to knowing how to drive in the snow and they type of tyres you have on it.
RutlandFlyer
I bet George Osborne's rubbing his hands together. If the recover falters at all over the next two quarters, he'll be able to blame it all on snow.
peakexpat
Being in a medical profession i could not be without the 4x4 for when the snow comes in. I generally have no problems what so ever getting around in the snow and ice and can get into work when many others cant which often leads to be becoming a taxi for colleagues. As for people who attack 4x4 users. Why not first think of the bigger picture as to why they need a 4x4 eg home location, profession etc before casting judgement. That said I pay the over inflated car tax prices, I pay the ridiculous cost of running a 4x4 over the course of a year so I don't really feel the need to justify myself in all fairness.
