Maldav
Why do the ads and music for football heaven blast your ears out when listening to the program through earphones. I nearly jump out of my skin when it comes on. Anybody else think the same.
tzijlstra
Don't listen to it on headphones, but I love that really dour Blade commentator (Steve Evans?) He is just so funny, he talks like he could right the ship tomorrow but once you analyse what he is actually saying you quickly realise he is full of dog-excrement. Hotmale 1954
Ahh............... Football Heaven. I like it (I have to) but summat has to be done about Mr Buchan's pronunciation. Saw summat on Facebook saying the same recently. His accent is very confusing. You turn on the radio and hear ..... Chesterfield won. Wow, I thought, Chesterfield have won at Chelsea!!!! Later, you hear the results. Chelsea 6 Chesterfield 1. But I heard Jonny Buchan say Chesterfield won? Turns out, when Jonny says one .......... and won .... there's no difference. There's a lesson for our Jonny on Facebook. Won. pronounced wun. One. pronounced wan, as in wand without the 'd'. When Jonny learns this little lesson, I'll be happier. Other than that, I think RS do a great job. I still reckon Paul Walker (the Blade) was the best of the bunch, but the present lot are a good crew. dorberman
listening to peter duffield(handsworth parramore),ryan hindley(hallam)-both non league in NCEL PREM/DIV 1 and they talk great of non league clubs/players/running costs etc both trying to get more people through the gates to watch future football league players. both stating that fans who cant afford to go to swfc/sufc etc then they could always afford to go to non league and watch their/other local teams at an high level

CorkerSWFC
I know Ryan well, his mum used to teach my boy... It's a hard task in non league be interesting to see how he goes on he's younger than me and that's saying something. My friend recently signed for Hallam he will be pro in a year... MJ01
I think they should make it a monthly programme just to remind everyone that non league can be a very good option
