sawguitar
My neighbour who is a pensioner accidently damaged her junction box which is situated in the lounge and asked me if I could re-connect the four wires which have come loose. Red,White,Black and blue. There are two sets of three terminals on either side numbered 1,2,3, and 4,5,6. Does anyone know the correct order in which they go in. P.S. Her main phone is situated in the hall if that's any help. Thank You.

kidneystone
Have a look how they are wired in the main socket and put them the same. I don't think you need terminals 1 and
Marx
This guy posts on here. He sorted my extension problems. There is stuff online as well about wiring extensions. Is there another box to take a look at?
