Andy1976
Mixed feelings. I lived there for three years, and wouldn't think it had any culture whatsoever, but it does have cheap bars, cheap taxis, and was a good night out. Perhaps that qualifies as culture? It also had Spiders, which was the best club ever.

It's got The Deep as well I suppose. I didn't like it when I went but that was a few years back now.

Andy1976
Spiders is fantastic. I was there so often when I lived there! It's the best club I've been to. Those drinks!!
Agent Orange
Spiders is fantastic. Was fantastic. Unfortunately, no more Hull used to be pretty good back in the day... around the mid 90s. Not been back since, but I hear all the decent bars are gone and it's a bit of a ghost town now. ---------- Post added 31-01-2017 at 12:52 ---------- I was there so often when I lived there! I quite liked the wiggly worm and that chocolate milkshake one. You'd get a pint of these things, ridiculously strong, for about a quid!
