It is parking in a "restricted street". Maybe she doesn't have that as an option on her ticket machine, but I am interested in the legality of this. Yes, A bike, moped or scooter tax disk has to be on the Left Hand side of the machine (from the rider's perspective) and forward of the rider footpeg. you are not supposed to put it at the back or hide it.
