BEDROCK
On your recommendation I got a Peerless Oatmeal Stout today. Partaking right now and it's lovely. You will be the resident booze expert now

Red Rocks is lovely, as is Full Whack. Hopefully I'll try and arrange for some beers from Liverpool Organic, they do a brilliant vanilla chocolate stout and a refreshing elderflower ale. beansforyou
Is there a free car park somewhere for the new market?
lil-minx92
Its really livened up the bottom of the moor area. Pity most of the outside of the markets fronting The Moor is dead frontage- or maybe there are plans to create units facing the street??

Surely there are stalls outside close to the market on the Moor There certainly were on my last 2 visits. ---------- Post added 12-12-2013 at 19:11 ---------- Where is the nearest parking? I have parked in Atkinsons Carpark just opposite the Market. Edited December 12, 2013 by bazjea

Iceland, Poundland and TK Maxx? Do you mean the other three sides of the building?

ReginaldD
Where is the nearest parking? I'd say the nearest and easy to get to is the large brown one on Eyre Street on the left as you go up Eyre Street on the left just after the new fire station. The markets are then a very short walk down the road when you leave the car park and I've heard if you take your parking token to the staff at the market they will give you a reduced rate.
