Nothings changed in respect that you dont have to do squat when you get one of these invoices. Thats all they are, no change in law has happened to make them as legally binding contract or a point of criminal law. Ive had 3 this week, 2 last, a couple the week before. AMR67 Posted December 2, 2013 Share Posted December 2, 2013 After a loverly day Christmas shopping in the parkway retail park, i have just been slapped with a £60 fine for going over the 2 hrs period. I was Christmas shopping !!!! I had a loverly day n shopped in all the shops ..and spent money that day. To be sent this is a shock ...... What shall I do I can't understand how you spent 2 and a half hours at parkway retail park. Its only got Matalan and a couple of other cheap shops.
