if your thinking of putting anything of great value in there you are correct, but they are secure and physically looked after.

After giving this a little bit more thought you may well be right to say it is just for post

, what made me suggest it, was, we used to put things in ours for safe keeping for a couple of weeks.

There are some at meadowhall outside near sports direct and i also think there are some behind the fire station on Rivelin Valley Road.

 

The thing at meadowhall is a delivery drop off point for packets, like Amazon locker.

I am assuming you are asking about the mint securities- I am not a customer but the mint securities certainly has and you rent one for a year for a fee, so am hopeful the mint securities may offer you the same service. However, not terribly convenient if you want something out of hours or particularly at weekends...... why not consider using a pre-paid currency card to keep your money safe?

 

Security boxes are usually used for valuables or documents. Money is safe in a bank and can earn interest.
